ETR Website Reactivated

After a brief period of downtime, the ETR Website and the Southern Ohio Marching Scene Discussion Board have been reactivated. Unfortunately, due to outdated billing information, the web service provider was unable to receive its fees for the year. However, all has now been rectified, and service should continue without problem. We apologize for the inconvenience.
