16th Annual Blue & White Invitational

The 16th Annual Blue & White competition was a success as it always is.  14 bands competed, featuring the area's favorite local bands, as well as several new faces to the line-up.  Performing in exhibition were the host band, Portsmouth East, and the very powerful Marshall University "Marching Thunder".
